PACE: Partner Saturdays

On Saturdays, we Partner WOD! Join us on Saturdays to test your PACE (Performance, Aerobic Capacity, and Endurance) in teams of two or more. We encourage you to team up with a classmate who’ll push you to work harder, or bring a friend or family member who is new to CrossFit! The WOD will be challenging, but can easily be scaled for a great burner to kick off the weekend!
