What to expect from our On-Ramp Training:
On-Ramp is required for ALL NEW MEMBERS who (a) have less than one year of CrossFit experience or (b) require supplemental training after one or more years of CrossFit experience. SIGN UP NOW!
One Two-Hour Session
On-Ramp is a single, two-hour session, 1:1 or in a small group with a coach. You will learn the foundational movements needed to safely and effectively perform CrossFit workouts in group class.
Technique and Pacing
On-Ramp is designed to go over the basic movements in a slower and more detail-oriented pace than normal CrossFit classes, in a one-on-one or small group setting with your coach.
Our On-Ramp format gives you more instructional time and personal attention in the initial learning period. Show up open minded. You’ll be learning new things and meeting new people!
Practice, and More Practice
The On-Ramp session will include time to try out everything you’ve learned in a class-style workout that is scaled to fit your needs and abilities.

After completing On-Ramp, you’ll have the option to join CrossFit Corvus at a discounted rate for the rest of the month. If you decide CrossFit isn’t your thing, no hard feelings! We know it isn’t for everyone. There are no contracts or commitments.
