Natalie Brown Allen

Owner and Coach

CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, CrossFit Endurance Trainer, CrossFit Aerobic Capacity Trainer

Coach Nat started her CrossFit journey in 2014 as a member of CrossFit Grace, where she fell in love with the community, coaching, and dedication to becoming better every day through practice and hard work. She quickly became a Level 1 Trainer and completed specialty training in CrossFit Endurance, Aerobic Capacity, Scaling and Lesson Planning. In 2015, she helped to pioneer the gym’s thriving Endurance and Group Running programs. In 2018, she and a group of friends set out to realize their dream of owning a CrossFit gym with an incredible, diverse community — and that’s how CrossFit Corvus came to life!

In addition to CrossFit, Natalie is an avid runner, having completed two full marathons, more than 10 half marathons and over 100 total 5k and 10k races. If you’re looking for advice on a local race, she’s your girl! Outside of fitness training, she enjoys web development, writing, photography, design, travel, and cheering on her alma mater, the Clemson Tigers. She also has aspirations to adopt all the animals in the world. Literally, all of them. She and her husband, Justin, are the proud parents of two dogs and five cats, three of whom joined the family by showing up at open gym one night while she was coaching!
